
Football fans can potentially watch Lionel Messi live on TV after Reliance-backed Viacom 18 bagged the official broadcast rights for French Ligue 1 in Sri Lanka & India for the next 3 years.
VH1 India, the flagship channel of Viacom18, will air Ligue 1 matches exclusively in the upcoming season along with select national and regional network channels. TV5 Monde also broadcasts select matches in India but they will only be telecasting only one game per week and it’s not confirmed whether it will be the PSG game every week. Ligue 1 will also be available for streaming through Voot and JioTV.
